Decrease in erection quality. Did I just killed my penis?

About a year ago, I was doing clamping. Basically, I wait for an erection and then clamp the base of the penis with this thing to create pressure and increase girth over time. The problem is that, besides the advice, I kept the clamp for long periods of time, sometimes even 20 minutes. I frequently ended up getting this sore feeling that you feel when blood get stuck somewhere in your body. I did it inconsistently for 3 months and stopped since then. I also did and I'm still doing penis hanging for length. I hang weights to my penis with a vacuum device that attaches to it. Ever since I started all this journey with clamping and hanging, I noticed a decrease in my erection quality. In particular, I don't get morning wood as hard and as often as before. The situation hadn't gone better even when I tried taking long breaks from this penis extending journey. I should also mention that I masturbate often, almost every day. I have some problems quitting it. Did I destroy my penis permanently? If so, could this decrease in erection quality be cured/treated?

I agree completely with what Curfew has said.

Nothing you've describing will work to increase the size of your penis, and you definitely need to stop.

The clamp you are using is not anything medical, nor designed for anything medical. The penis is not meant to have weights hanging from it, either.

Please, see your doctor. Masturbation isn't doing anything to you - it's normal and can be beneficial in preventing prostate cancer, and daily masturbation isn't unusual or too often, but the rest of what you are doing can be very harmful.

You don't mention your penis size, but there is quite a variation in "normal". Don't hurt yourself trying to extend anything.

You need to see a doctor to determine what, if any, damage has occurred.  NONE of those techniques you mentioned will increase the length and girth of your penis, but what they can do is damage the veins and the nerves in your penis.  You should cease that activity immediately and forever.

Masturbation isn't associated with negative effects, as long as you are doing it properly.

Get to a doctor and have your penis examined, and the doctor can determine if there is any damage, and what can be done about it.

EDIT: I forgot to insert the link for the clamp I use. Here is what it looks like: https://images.thdstatic.com/productImages/b0a23fa3-3edf-48d7-b6dd-d2c353d4b96e/svn/extension-cord-accessories-cfmp030808-64_1000.jpg
