Am I a Hep B vaccine non responder?

I got full course of HBV doses at the age of 2. At age 19, I got a booster dose and then now a month later a second dose. Still, my serology results i dicate I dont have the adequate immunity.

Is this normal? What are the chances I’m a non responder?

look for hbv nasal vaccine made of hbsag and hbcag, this is the best and works also on chronic hbv although it doesn t clear antigenes in this case

hbv vaccine made of hbsag only has a high rate of failure.new vaccine with both antigenes hbsag and hbcag exist but few countries allowed this type....so it is normal and you better give up my aunt has the same problem it never worked on her
