I had brief unprotected insertive fellatio and then protected vaginal sex. I am scared i may have gotten HIV from this incident. Do i need to be tested for this encounter?

Your question was answered accurately that you never had a risk for HIV.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You were never at risk for HIV and you don't need to test.

I had a recent UTI Infection, and that is what concerned me. The lady took me by surprise with what she did, and I stopped it, but that is my major concern with this encounter
It doesn't matter.  As long as the head of your penis was covered by a condom during vaginal intercourse, you do not have an HIV concern.
I am still going to get a HIV RNA test at week 3 to be sure, and then I will post my results so that whatever comes out of it, somebody else will know who may of been in my situation also.
No real need to post the negative result that everyone knows you will get.
You are only testing because you DON'T BELIEVE the science that you had no risk, and that's after you asked for advice here.

A person doesn't get hiv every time they have a risk, so testing negative does not prove that there was no risk. It only proves that you don't have hiv.
Therefore, testing negative can't prove anything to anyone else who also doesn't believe in science.
I understand your comments and they are valid, and I am sure you deal with a lot of scared, and worried people every day, myself included.
I forgot to mention that if the other person is negative then that is another reason your upcoming negative test result can't prove anything about whether what you did was a risk.
No one has been infected from oral in the 40 years of hiv history and no one one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
You are correct, a HIV test has nothing to do with risk.
accordh22, as in, don't waste your time and money getting one for NO risk. Take care
I took a HIV RNA test at 23 days. I will post my results when they come in.
No one has been infected from oral in the 40 years of hiv history and no one one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
You are the only person in this thread that does not believe in the hiv science that you had zero risk, and instead you only believe in your own ideas - your test is just a placebo. Therefore, it is not necessary to post your placebo test results since your problem is not hiv disease, it is hiv phobia which no one here can help you with, but a therapist can help.
you don't need to post your results. They'll be negative. You didn't need to test and we don't need to keep hearing about your non risk and testing. take care.
My results came back NEGATIVE!
You are the only person in this thread that does not believe in the hiv science so I'm not sure why you keep posting your ideas on this science-based forum. You disagreed with all of the advice you were given.
