Binge drinking once in 1-2 months

I've been drinking at social gatherings may be once in 1-2 months. On some occasions I've drunk upto 350ml of whiskey, otherwise mostly I stick to 1000ml beer/90ml whiskey.

Is it very Harmful? Recently I've drunk heavily, after 10 days i feel bloating in my stomach. Is it because of alcohol

nac is a supplement   that helps protect the liver  similar to milk thistle but better--   600mg is the dose to start-  it also helps with breathing difficulties  and more look it up- most docs wont talk about it-

Binge drinking in large amounts will NOT do your liver any favors!

If I abstain from drinking for a month, will it help recovery?

its a GOOD start! One day at a time- if that's too big-then one hour at a time!

That sounds like a lot of alcohol and a likely cause of bloating!

THATS A LOT OF TIME BETWEEN DRINKING ALTHOUGH YOU BENGE DRINK A LOT-  WHEN YOU BENGE DRINK TAKE NAC BEFOREIF IT WONT INTERFERE WITH OTHER  DRUGS YOU MIGHT BE TAKING LOOK UP NAC- AND MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION-

I don't think its good advice to a binge drinker to take ANY kind of medication even if its over the counter! It sounds like both of you need to get honest with your primary care provider and if you don't have one you need to get one!

THAT IS QUITE A BIT TO BINGE DRINK!  WHISKY IS REALLY HARD ON LIVER IN COMBINATION WITH BEER I WOULD STICK TO BEER YOU **** IT OUT MORE!
