Possible CPPS symptoms?

A couple of weeks ago, I got a vigorous handjob from a stripper during a lap dance. She used saliva and possibly lotion as well—I wasn't 100% sure—and then cleaned up with wipes. That was the extent of the encounter.

Four days later, I felt a little glans discomfort during sex with my wife, and since then I've had a strange on-and-off feeling of discomfort at the tip of my penis—almost like a dull, vague sting—especially when I'm sitting (which I do a ton during the workday). Sometimes the tip feels wet too, but then I check it and it's not. When masturbating, I've also noticed a super-brief twinge of pain during ejaculation. Other than that, no discharge, no painful urination, no visual changes to the penis.

Does this sound like anxiety-induced CPPS? I know this issue has been discussed a great deal, but could mere anxiety actually produce a very definite sensation, like the one I'm feeling at the tip of my penis? Based on what I've read, I'm assuming I couldn't have contracted anything from the aforementioned encounter?

Thanks for any help and guidance you can offer.

Yes, anxiety could produce those symptoms.

Also, lotion, if it was used, could have caused irritation or an infection in the urethra.

Drink lots of water to flush everything out and make sure you're hydrated, and see how you are in a couple of days.

It's not an STD based on your description of events.

Okay, thank you. I appreciate your help.
Sorry—also, would the type of urethral irritation you're describing typically clear up on its own eventually? It's been almost two weeks since the encounter I described.
Yes, it should. I wouldn't give it much more than a few more days. If your symptoms don't clear up, see your doc.
Hello. Thanks again for your help. Just following up on this.

My urethral discomfort did continue, so I went to the doctor yesterday. I gave a urine sample, and there were no leukocytes or nitrites but a trace of blood (not visible). I didn't get STD tests because I'd only received a handjob, as I've described. The doctor prescribed me Bactrim for a possible UTI. Waiting for the results of the urine culture.

I'm a 35-year-old male, healthy except for well-controlled Crohn's disease that is treated with Inflectra, an immunosuppressant. Could I really have a random rare male UTI? It just seems so coincidental that these symptoms of discomfort came on a few days after that handjob with saliva (and possibly oil/lotion?) from the stripper. Could non-STD bacteria from that have caused this?

The thing I'm freaked out about the most is that I had unprotected sex with my wife since the encounter. She's showing no symptoms or anything, so maybe it's just my anxiety.

Any thoughts or reassurance you're able to provide? Thanks again.
What we can tell you from this is that this is no way related to an STI. It is impossible. so lets move away from that.

Could it be a UTI? Yes. The lotion or even friction from the HJ could have started something - it happens.

Could this also be anxiety driven? Yes absolute. Your penis hurts so you check it more. The more you check it the more upset it gets and the cycle continues.

Could it also be CPPS? Yep. I have had CPPS and a UTI at the same time. I have also suffered with genital focused anxiety in the past which also mimicked every symptom.

Take a step back, relax and look at this logically.

Do you have an STI? 100% No.
Can you pass a UTI on? No. Your partner is not at risk.

Drink water and google CPPS stretches. Await the results from the Dr and make a plan then but your wife will be fine and will not be affected by this encounter.
Thank you so much for the thorough response. That's extremely helpful. I'll do my best to move forward guided by logic rather than anxiety and emotion.
