Left lower abdominal and testicle pain when sitting in chair

So I have arthritis in lower back, left hip bursitis, tendonitis in the left guteous medius and minimus, I am waiting for a CT . What could be causing my lower left abdominal and testicle pain when sitting

Prostatitis could, for sure.

You could also have some inflammation causing that. The CT should help - is a urologist doing that?

Not sure why when I stand up or lay down with legs straight, the pain goes away
It could be the position your scrotum is in - the muscles could be putting pressure on an inflamed prostate. Switching positions alleviates that pressure. It might be a trapped nerve.

Pain with sitting is a common symptom of prostatitis.
