You say your cycles are 'pretty normal around the same day each month.' Do you mean around the same calendar day in the month? (If so, some cycles are 31 days long and some are 30 days and one is 28 days long?) Or do you mean every certain number of weeks? The reason it matters, is it might throw a little light on whether calculators are accurate in your case.
Is the baby a girl? If so and if the 22nd is really the date of conception, there is, in theory, the stronger possibility that the first guy is the dad. But if it is a boy it doesn't rule out either guy, only giving the second guy a really small possible advantage.
Unless you can be sure the first sex was protected, both guys will have had live sperm in your system on February 22. So, unfortunately, given only what you have said above and no further information, either guy could be the dad.
Can you get both guys to share the cost of a prenatal DNA test from Ravgen or the DDC? Testing with them both would be the way to know now.
