Strange Odor?
I am a 25 year old male and my groin area is producing a strange smell, similar to the smell of that of a womans vaginal area. Previously, like the week before, I had an itch down the center of my scrotum which became very irritated and then went away. I am a very clean person as far as hygiene and am monogamous with my partner, so I'm really concerned what is going on down there.

You may have a fungal infestation. I’m not sure what you meant by an itchiness in the scrotum that went away, but it could still be persistent. It may be important to use soaps or a shampoo with an antifungal. If you live in a humid region, you may need to change your underwear more often.
