strong fast heart beats +nervous

hello
sometimes i feel that my heart beats are very fast and strong in my veins
  ANOTHER THING IS many times and without any reason my heart beats became  fast and i feel like my body produce great amount of adrenaline(i feel something like that) and i  feel very nervous without reasons and this affect my digestive system too  and make my  stomach make sound and gases  ,can anybody help me !!!


i want to add that this problems happens also when i hear anybody shout loudly  and happen more when i became outside home  with people specially when i dont know them and when i talk to somebody who i dont usually deal with  and  when i feel that the doctor in the lecture look at me  cause( he may ask me or talk to me even if he dont usually do this) then this happens too if anything un normal happens this symptoms happens and maybe this things are very normal to everybody  so please help me what can be the cause of this ???

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
Your symptoms indicate that you are suffering from acute anxiety. Anxiety and social consciousness can lead to palpitations, digestive disturbances and uncomfortable feeling in social situations.
I would suggest you to go for some psychotherapy and counseling. You can also make sure that you sleep well; a mild tranquilizer like Alprazolam will also help.
Breathing exercises and meditation will also help you. Take care!
