I can SO sympathize with you on this matter.  I am nearly 18 weeks and have had major gas since the pregnancy started.  I has gotten worse as the weeks have gone by and YES it is very embarrassing.  By the afternoon, i feel like i need to pass wind every 5 seconds and its horrible trying to hold it in when I am at work (sorry if TMI). I do eat small meals all day but that doesn't work.  If anyone out there knows of any other way PLEASE let me know. Thanks

The joys of pregnancy, right? I feel bloated all the time. I'll try small dinners and hope that will help.

oh god yes, i've been so incrdibly full of gas, with lots of trapped (or otherwise!) wind. All part of the joys of a restricted digestive system. I've found eating big meals makes it worse, otherwise haven't noticed anything else that helps it
