Risks of a 4th c-section

I am pregnant with my 4th child (9 weeks).  The last 3 have been by c-section.  During my last c-section my doctors told me I should not get pregant again.  I had a lot of scar tissue after the 2nd c section and they couldn't even get to the original incion on my uterus.  This preganacy was not planned and I don't know what to do?  I am scared that I may not make it through the c-section if there is an accreta and I need a hysterectomy.  After the 2nd section my uterus was already adhered to my abdomenal wall and bladder so I am sure the situation is only worse.  I have 3 wonderful boys who I want to be around for and my husband is scared to death for me to have this child.  I'm just not sure what to do.  Has anyone else been in this situation?

Hi I have had 3 c-sections. I have 4 boys 9, 4 & 12 week old twins. I have recovered really well from my last c-section. I was worried throughout the pregnancy with my twins that my c-sec scar would rupture but the doctors assured me that this wouldnt't happen & that they would keep an eye on me. Towards the end of your twin pregnancy you have a ultrasound every week. They did deliver my twins 3 weeks early though as they were quite big 6lb 13oz & 7lb 2oz. I have 4 wonderful boys but would like to have just one more but I am afraid to have another c-section.
