well i havent had my period for about 10 years due to constently being on the pill and skipping the white section for all of my teenage years. My body is really screwed up now...its so high in estrogen and they think I have cervical cancer because of it. Anyway..... my DD is 6 months old and I havent gotten a period....Its sounds really weird but I would love to have my period just to feel normal, like my hormones wernt all over the place. Im considering (allthough I dont really want to) giving up breastfeeding just to help my body adjust back to normal. What does anyone think?

my sitter/friend, breastfed both her girls for 10-12 months(1 for 10, other for 12)....with each girl, she didn't have a period for nearly 6 months after bf'ing exclusively! so i wouldnt be too worried in your case....

well, to keep the topic open, i'll answer! and add a question lol

alex came 10-16...i bled for literally 1 month...started monthly periods the week before my birthday(jan 4-11)...february was from the 21st-28th...march hasn't came yet....see an issue here? i was technically 10 days late, and not pregnant...nor am i now...but i was irregular before anyways...so lord knows how i'm going to get them now ;)

has anyone else noticed their periods coming later and later(but still coming, nonetheless?)

Not really sure.  Mine has not showed up either but however, I am exclusively breastfeeding so mine may not show for a while, at least I hope not.  It will probably come anytime unless you get pregnant again right away.
