Hello and welcome to the forum.  We hope you have contacted your doctor as the first person to ask these questions of.  How do you have this blood pressure reading?  did you take it at home?  Is this the common reading?  It's important to get a regular picture of your blood pressure when you have concerns.  This can be done by obtaining a blood pressure cuff (online sources such as Amazon has them available) and then taking your BP a couple of times a day. First thing in the morning and again a couple of other times and charting it.  Important to rest both feet on flat on the ground, raise your arm that is cuffed to heart level by resting on a table or pillow, think peaceful thoughts.  Start to record the bp's to get a picture of where you fall most often.  140 as the top number is elevated beyond what doctors like to see and 50  is lower than what doctors like to see.  https://www.healthline.com/health/blood-pressure-chart#blood-pressure-chart  If this is your regular blood pressure reading, this warrants a call to your physician.

A systolic pressure of 140 is classified as stage 1 hypertension. For that, one is usually advised to try lifestyle modifications (smoking cessation, alcohol moderation, sodium restriction, the DASH diet, increased moderate exercise, etc) to bring it down.
A diastolic pressure of 56 is lower than average, but as long as you are asymptomatic it is not a problem.
