Complications In Correlation To Depo Shot?

I am not completely sure as to why this is occurring, and nor do the 3 physicians that I've seen.  So I'm seeking outside help.  Please, if someone out there is experiencing these same symptoms, or if someone knows what could be wrong-- help me.  This is has been unimaginably frustrating both mentally and physically.

My symptoms:

-Abnormal Weight gain (8 months ago)
-Stretch marks/underarms (8 months ago)
-Severe abdominal cramping-- awaken in the middle of the night (7 months ago)
-Received 1st Depo Provera Shot (4 months ago)
-1st month on shot, no bleeding present, only vaginal dryness (4 months ago)
-Heavy/deep bright red colored stretch marks on abdomen and hips.
-Light vaginal bleeding, especially apparent after intercourse (3 months ago)
-Painful intercourse, along with previous symptoms and heavier bleeding (3 months ago)
-Awoke early morning, cramping, heavy bleeding and extremely heavy clotting (2 months ago)
-Nausea in the early morning, vomiting "coffee ground" blood (1 month ago)
-Brownish-bloody discharge, normal bleeding after intercourse, painful intercourse, constant abdominal/vaginal cramping, stretch marks worsening, vaginal dryness, random clotting, bleeding has been constant since late November 2008. (current status)

Some doctors mentioned, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cyst, or vaginismus as possible diagnosis.

Although the 1st doctor I saw mentioned ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, or an ovarian cyst.

I have seen 2 OB/GYN's who both did a pelvic, and a pap.  She didn't mention anything about ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, or ovarian cyst.  She diagnosed me with vaginismus.  I do not agree with the diagnosis at all.  The two doctors work together so I don't know if they collaborated on this diagnosis.  I'm thinking about seeking a 3rd opinion.

I also had blood work done to see if I am pregnant, having a miscarriage, and that came back normal.

I am completely lost.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I also would entertain the diagnosis that you mentioned: ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cyst.
I would also rule out any hormonal disorders like hyperthyroidism and Cushings, and diabetes.
I would suggest that you have a pelvic examination, possible endometrial biopsy, ultrasound of your pelvis, uterus, ovaries and a complete female hormone work up including a beta HCG, TSH, FSH, LH, E2, Prolactin, DHEAS, Testosterone, AM Cortisol, fasting glucose, comprehenisive metabolic paniel, liver function tests.
You may need a laparoscopy to make sure that you do not have endometriosis.
Just some thoughts.
I suggest seeing a gynecologist.
