bad smell nose

I have had bad smell in my nose for several months now.  One ENT doctor used Endoscope and diagnosed me as paroxysmal rhynitis and gave me 7days antibiotics, 14 days antihistamine and steroid nose spray.  I also flashed with salt water twice a day for more than a months now.  The strong smell went away for a few hours but when I sniff with my nose I can still smell it.  I went to another ENT doctor and had CT Scan done.  It showed everything normal and this doctor told me I never had any sinusitis at all.  The smell is still there and sometime it came out real strong especially when I am tired or anxious.  If I take antihistamine and  wake up from a good sleep the smell will be gone for a few minutes and then it will come back again.  When I massage my scalp the smell will go away temperarily too. Now what should I do?  What kind of doctor should I go to?  Is there any other problem in my body may cause this kind of smell?  Thanks for your advice.

I am a 27 year old south african male. I experience terrible smell coming from my nose, and its killing me big time, as I have changed my life as a result. I have lost friends because of this condition. There were times I thought of committing suicide because this condition does not seem to have a solution. I have been to ENT specialist and I was declared sinus free. This condition is bad. Please somebody out there, help me.
