Can a man's anus secrete clear fluid like vaginal fluid?
I remember a Health professor in college telling a student that it's possible for a man to secrete fluid just as how a woman naturally produce vaginal fluid or "juice."

But all of the males on here that say they get very wet naturally in the anus when aroused sexually or through anal stimulation, should go have a DNA test done, it is a possibility that you may not be male, you may only be male looking, (de la chapelle syndrome) as most medical scientists call it, or XX male. Basically you would have female DNA skin cells but look like a male in appearance, You would have female characteristics that my be minor in nature, but they with still be there. Well, I'm not a doctor, but one can assume that it was probably a function meant to aid in stool discharge. When one masturbates (via sex toy or even plain sex), the body possibly interprets it as a stubborn stool. My guess is that it is supposed to lubricate the stool for easy passage. This would make sense, as the body usually has a function for everything. This could be it's purpose, or it could even possibly be a vestigial structure (a bodily structure or tool that has no purpose but could have aided an ancient ancestor i.e. wisdom teeth) I'm not completely sure of this anomaly, but one can assume that this is it's purpose.

i'm no doctor but i can tell you that nobody necessarily NEEDS a penis to penetrate them if they want to achieve an orgasm,and they do have anal secretion. But if they haven't been penetrated before then it may be a sign of anal irritation (like a foreign object) and would probably want to see a doctor. And no this is not a sign of being gay.
