I think I have PCOS too...m not sure though...but m afraid of asking my husband to take me to a gyno for this as he is sick n tired of my thyroid itself.
I got my blood test done 6 months ago ...it says TSH:84 uiu/ml

                                                                       prolactin:18.5 ng/ml
                                                                       estradiol:177.3 pg/ml
                                                                      Dhea sulphate:208 ug/dl
                                                                       free testosterone:0.06 ng/dl

My latest blood test a month ago said TSH:3.9 uiu/ml...rest test not done nd i dont know....

I am 21 , married, no kids....i have a swollom kind of abdomen...luk pregnant....rest body is thin......

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I suggest going to see a specialist called a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist because you need a more complete work up for your condition.
You must rule out diabetes and cushing syndrome, because of your symptoms of swollen abdomen, frequent urination.
I also suggest that you increase you medication Synthroid until the TSH approaches 2.0.
This must be done by a specialist like a Reproductive Endocrinologist.
