Hello~I, too, have a mysterious ovarian mass, have had it for years. It hasn't grown and there is no blood flow to it or blood particles. My doctor tells me that is a very good sign as cancer usually has to have blood to survive.  I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Hi Schweety, welcome to MedHelp's forums.  Are you facing a situation regarding a mass being investigated?  That's always scary and we recommend working closely with your doctor.  Generally, lack of blood flow to a mass is a good sign as it may indicate that the tumor is benign verses being malignant (which generally would have blood flow).  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1499950

Let us know your situation and we will try to help.
Hey Schweety.  How are you?  Did you get any further info regarding your mass?
