OK so there's a guy who goes into a bar, walks up to the barman and orders a drink.
The barman stares at him.(he has never seen anyone with such a small head before. He is shocked.)
Eventually he plucks up the courage to ask this guy what happened to him, that he should have such an unnaturally small head.
The guy replies that he was walking along the other day and he found a bottle thrown by the side of the road. He picked it up and rubbed it and a genie came out of the bottle.
This genie came out in the most wonderful form of a gorgeous sexy woman.
She said "I will grant you two wishes. What is your first wish?"
"I'd like to f***k you" he said enthusiastically.
"No chance" she replied, "You have no idea how ugly you are. I wouldn't f***k you if you were the last man on Earth! -Second wish."
"If you won't f***k, then how about a little head?" The guy replied.
....and his wish was granted......
