I was at the Endocrinologists office before lunch. As usual, she tells me I need to lose weight. Looking at my food history the last few weeks, that is the last thing I am doing. The things I eat may not be so bad if only I ate one portion of it. Instead I eat all of it. I also have to get my big butt up and go walk. I have known I am able to join the Silver Sneaker Program through my insurance company, but I even put that off. Any Suggestions?
