Sorry I have been inactive I've just been incredibly busy with work and haven't even had much time to blog.

So how am i? Well I'm still very depressed, i'm cold. But I got to see my partner the other day that was nice (were long distance)

However I'm still very depressed and I'm finding it hard to stick to a bodybuilding diet... Makes me feel pathetic and worthless a bit.

I don't know what is wrong with me, I'm low but I'm okay. It's loud but I'm happy. I don't know how to explain my mood. I do however keep thinking about sleeping forever, that would be nice. I'm sick of my lifestyle, truly sick of it. It's rubbish, it's pathetic. It's just so meaningless like me.

I don't know what's wrong, I feel so low. So ******* low I have no idea why. I just want to dig that razor into my flesh but I cant do that. If I do that I loose, I loose to them  stupid things in my head. That constant out burst of noise screaming down on me like heavy rain on a tin roof. It's so loud, so so loud. I need to do something productive. I'm going to attempt to go the gym and see what happens. I can't stay in these four walls though. I'll make a mess... I don't want to do that. I cant let people down again.

Increase of mirtazapine to 30mg decrease of fluoxetine to 20mg, risperidone still at 1mg a day. Felt excessively hungry today, however have went to the gym and done yoga. I did however eat bad food today. List: Protein pancakes, sausage and bacon bap, ice cream, protein shake, dominos pizza.
