Consistency

Trying to row at least 4 or 5 times a week as Dr Levine explained in his study.
Since I was already rowing regularly when POTS hit me (and weight training!), I do not think that it will do much to improve my POTS.
Will stop deconditioning though.
I really, really need to start weight lifting again, mostly legs.
Too many things to do, finite amount of energy; what a drag!
Also finding the energy to take a shower after is a real problem.
It often stops me exercising!

Walking

Walked to the mall and back. Was there for a total of 3 hours, mostly spent at the coffee shop reading Radio Times.
My time at the mall was at level 1 and 2 on HR monitor watch.
Should not be like that.

Rowing

Will aim for 30 mns rowing most days (at least 5).

Low Watts 50 to 70; cannot do anymore at this time.

HR cannot go higher than 125 bpm, otherwise will be dead to the world for the next few days, and this is counter-productive, and not good for my POTS symptoms.
