I feel like i will have to up my meds as im getting worse again, My anxiety is coming back again (derealization, having trouble breating, wanna run away from myself) will have to see the doctor tomorrow :(

First time drunk in almost 5 months!

Finally had a few drinks tonight and got drunk :D my first drinks in 5 months cause i have been afraid i will have a panic attack. It was only 4 drinks but still im very proud of myself x

Lexapro

Only had half a xanax in 6 days :D very proud of myself. Lexapro is working wonders No panic attacks in a week. Couldnt be happier right now x

Im not sure if its the Lexapro or my auntie jodie and cousins but ive been doing really well for the last 3 days! no anxiety no freaking out AND NO XANAX FOR 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so proud of myself!!!!!!!
