My 2nd month mark since receiving my kidney transplant was March 14th, and I have added more exercise regimen. I signed up for Jillian Michaels - America's Toughest Trainer on-line training, to help develop my strength, muscle mass, tiny bit of weight loss and better eating habits. I am up to 3.5 to 4 miles on the bike, a bit of Circuit Training and walking. My regimen is for 1 day of Cardio, 4 days of Circuit Training & 2 Days of rest, plus 4 healthy meals a day, including a snack! I feel amazing already!
