I'm on my second day of p3. I've daten baked chicken, veggies,  cheese, and pepperoni over the course of two days. I just wanted a taste of the things I missed eating. I purchase ezekiel hot dog buns and bread in case I want a sausage or toast. also purchased more stevia (my life line). I don't really plan to eat lots of stuff because being on this diet for so long has taught me to eat to live instead of live to eat. Of course I'm still looking for that snow cone and ice cream made using stevia because that's what I'm craving. I also found the most delicious hand picked strawberried and ate half of the quart on the way home. I also long for a tall glass of coke but what can I say. I might try the stevia soda that they sell at my local health food store. I did see a soda maker at Sears and I'm looking for some diet soda recipes on line. well, I feel pretty darn good and i even lost another 2 pounds second day without my hcg. Will keep you posted. and thanks for the support.

Not sure what my first meal will be...probably a huge cheesey omlett with bacon and ezekiel toast and sugar free rasberry jam for dinner.

Tomorrow will be my second day of no HCG. I think I'm becoming immune so I'm going to take a break until mid August. Two weeks P3 and 3 weeks P4. I have been on HCG for a total of 6 weeks with only a two week interruption in between. I now understand Dr. Simeons writings when he speaks about how you can become immune if you don't follow the plan correctly. I didn't do p3 and p4 between rounds. I started at 233 and ended round 1 at 211 which was a 22 lb loss. This round I'm only lost  14 lbs in almost 30 days. My next round I must follow the 23 day rounds and go into full p3 and p4. It's been a wild ride and I must say that I'm proud of my progrss so far. I will continue to track my progress through p3 and p4 and start yoga just to stay in the correct mind set. I'm never going back up in weight, ever! Good luck to everyone with your HCG journeys.

does a number really matter?

I was just thinking today about getting down to 170. I'm growing weary of this diet, only because I'm sick of eating the same things over and over again. I long for cheese and ezekiel bread. My birthiday is the first week of July and I want to celebrate by going out for a good meal. I have about 12 days of hcg left but I'm not sure I want to do this diet on my birthday.  I can't refill until next weekend and since it takes about two weeks to arrive I may just have to take a break just because I ran out again. I have to think long and hard about this decision. I can complete this round or take another planned interruption. I'm not sure if that's a good thing to do with only one or two weeks between rounds. If things go as they should 12 days is 12 lbs which would put me at 184 lbs. 14 lbs from my goal weight. I could just keep going and do a long round.I just don't know what to do...
