Came home late and very drunk, so i thought i would lie in with a hangover today. But didn't overrun my normal wake up time by a lot, so this shouldn't affect my sleep tonight at all.

Went to the pub last night but forgot to take my melatonin with me, so I didn't take it until i got home at about 2am. I tried to keep my waking time as on time as possible but found it difficult.

I've changed my wake up time to 8am so I can get a little more sleep on average. My hope is I will feel less tired in the morning. I also fell asleep after my alarm went off today, but this shouldn't affect my day or tonight's sleep.

I'm starting to feel the way I used to when waking up. Feel like sleep is the better option, then thinking about my day and feeling worse. I haven't been able to stick to my routine as well as i should be.
