Ouch!

I hurt myself while working out today. It's not too bad, and I'm not sure if it's a dull cramp, or if I tore something, or if something popped out of place. I just know that the back of my right knee aches. I've tried stretching it, bending it, massaging it, eating a banana, drinking soy milk for the protein, and drinking a bunch of water. I don't care what works as long as it feels better!

The tracker says that biking doesn't burn any calories. Which is odd. I think I burned quite a few. I was going fast. Into the wind. Which made me want to kill things. But still.

king's pose



Just some light yoga today. I think it went a long way towards soothing my still-sore muscles. I even attempted the King's Pose, much to the chagrin of my totally-not-used-to-it muscles.
I need to practice that one.
