down to 222 lbs! cutting the carbs wasnt that easy this time but what diet is? still doin moderate exercise in the gym to help melt the fat off and it's working!

4 bottles at 25 fl oz each...plus the water in my coffee.  drink my first bottle by 12/1 pm!    2 bottles at the gym! them 4th bottle when i get home with my protein powder.
