I had my Glucose test today. It wasn't that bad. And my regular doctor's visit was in between drinking the "Orange soda" and getting my blood drawn. I measured good at 27 weeks which was right on the dot. My weight was 150 so I think I have gained about 20 pounds so far.

My sis-in-law had a little boy on 9-27-08! He weighed 6 pounds 3.5 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. She had to get a C-section, but they are both doing fine. He is so adorable, he looks so much like my brother. :) When I get a good picture I will post it for everyone!

My 24 week appointment went fine. Gained a total of 15 pounds now, so now up to 145!!!! My belly is growing quite large now. I can't believe I only have a few months to go!!!!!!!! Next time I will do my glucose test and blood work for gestational diabetes.

We survived hurricane Gustav. Still without power at my home, work and my parents house where I am staying. We have a genarator so it is not bad, it could have been much worse. Hope to talk to you ladies soon.
