Finished tearing down the above ground pool. Pool has developed leaks in three (known) places.... Decided to scrap the pool liner and replace it next year.

No more lazy days lounging in the pool sipping margaritas and wine coolers.

Here is the answer to this question.
In order to lose weight, you have to subtract calories.  Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week, so in order to lose 1 lb/week, you'd have to drop 500 calories from your BMR each day (1 lb is equal to 3500 calories, so 500 calories X 7 days = 3500 calories or 1 lb).  OR you can drop 250 calories from your diet and increase exercise to use an additional 250 calories.

Changing up calorie counts and exercises will help prevent plateau.

Seem to be stuck at 172 lbs. Can't figure out why weight isn't declining anymore. Workouts remain the same, morning walking has picked up a tad, and caloric intake hasn't increased.

I hope this isn't as low as I can go, although Dr VanCise has said 170 lbs would be about right for me.

shoulder



Left Shoulder hurting after workout today. May have injured the XXXX, (or re-injured it). Tried working out kinks in the dry sauna and jacuzzi today. Not much success. Came home and applied Voltaren Gel (diclofenac sodium topical gel 1%). Relieved the pain for a few hours. Re-applied the following morning.
