School started. Casually going to watch my average amount of sleep slip downwards. It looked nice at 8 :( oh well.

Haven't been eating well enough recently. Not that I ever. But a lack of eating routine has come about.

Skipping breakfast due to waking in the middle of the day, and finishing something meant for one meal over two or more? Not good.

Will probably end up gaining a lot of weight over this year though. That's bad. :(

First bad habit - sleeping late. Gets especially bad in the holidays when I don't need to stick to a routine.

Second bad habit - not getting out of bed as soon as I wake. Hence, three sleep "sessions". In actual fact, just me waking up, checking the time and then rolling over and going back to sleep. Hm.

Also, it feels bad when I do wake. Minor headaches probably due to low blood sugar or something.

Neck - actually throat area. Felt a bit constricted at times, but feels more like a cramp.

Right knee - due to being cold? Felt better when warmed up with hands.

Chest = breast. Only for a short while
