New Diet

Changed my diet 2 weeks ago from being able to eat wheat/gluten/sugar, to now eating raw nuts/fruit/vegis/dried fruit...etc.   Don't have much pain anymore and stomach is much smaller and no more bloat.  I even lost 5 pounds.

Went on higher antidepressant a month ago - mood changed from being sad/depressed to happy.
