ok today I start this and hopefully I won't give up and forget about it. It's hard. Even having Graves disease I am overweight. I have noticed that I loose weight when my thyroid level tsh is going up however, that isn't happening so I feel that watching exactly what i am eating. charting it will help. It's one thing to write it down, but this weight tracker makes things so easy for me. I am so overweight that it's not funny and i've set my goal low. I know that setting a too high of a goal will just frustrate me and i will quit. so little steps i go! :)
