Over night the usual amount of pain and total lack of sleep just under 3 hours of sleep and around 6am turned over and hurt the very top my back the "fizzing Numbness" has increased today - all of my genitals through to the base of my spine, ear to ear around my neck and again both feet and toes which really isn't helping anything and light pins& needles in my hands
and starting to get quite depressed about it all.

No Sleep whatsoever up for breakfast with my daughter and completely worn out. Tinnitus very high over night with pain generally all over this morning Still "Fizzing" between my legs, Feet & around the Back of my Neck. a number of big spasms over night two of which have caused very high levels of pain in my neck upper back & left shoulder. My right shoulder A/C joint is in extreme pain this morning and I haven't used my right crutch since last tuesday morning.

Got up for breakfast with my daughter today and actually felt quite good considering..........this lasted about ten minutes and then bang.......back to normal.
Hit me hard with a quick dizzy spell followed by a lot of neck pain then a very slow pulsing shock pain from the base of my skull right down my spine. fizzy numbness spots are still there along with the other numb patches my hands are not as sore today so far.
Over night I struggled to get to sleep mostly because of the Tinnitus I think but when I did get some sleep it was interrupted by spasms. I was totally exhausted come the middle of the night and remember seeing 4.30am and then woke with my wife's alarm at 6.30am which meant I had actually got a decent two hours in, which was an achievement.

Over Night I have had a lot of muscle spasm's with again probably 3 hours sleep.
The Fizzing Numbness as I describe it has been in the sole of both feet and in all of my toes, also in both hands at times over night.
The scary thing over night was while I was struggling to sleep over night the numbness I have had in my calf and thigh increased to everything below my chest and also my left arm this was very disturbing. I was still able to move ok but the numbness was extreme.
This morning this had gone but the feet
