Here we go..... AGAIN!!!!

Seriously, I just don't know how many times I'm going to quit and start, quit and start. I suppose as long as "quit" is followed by "start" I'm still on the right track. I set a new goal weight and going to do my best to reach it. My "gym" is in a greenhouse attached to my house, so it's crazy hot in there right now, but I've been pushing myself to wake up early to work out, while it's still cool (80 degees). The going to bed earlier has helped, because now I'm not snacking so much before bed!

Here we go again.

Well, I'm starting back up lifting weights. I've got this gym at my house, but still can't seem to motivate myself. I did fine back in 2008/2009 when I was lifting by myself, but then my wife wanted to lift, then my neighbor, and I couldn't get my schedule straight with theirs on either occasions. Ultimately I blame them for fizzling out, and me for fizzling with them. My neighbor and I tried starting again in May 2010, but that was another failed attempt. After much consideration, I've decided that doing it all by myself is best. Nobody to coordinate with, nobody other then me to make excuses. So I've done Chest, Tri, and Shoulders on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I'm in some bad pain. I also worked out Legs and Lower Back today. I put this schedule together and believe it is the most solid schedule for my equipment. I'm going to ache for the next couple of weeks, but it will eventually subside. I'll be able to push myself harder after the pain is gone. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Now that I have 4 kids, I need to be around for them, and at 275lbs I need to drop some serious poundage.

Well, my weight tracker is depressing.... but I'm back doing what I need to do starting today. Hopefully I'll stick with it as I now need to reset my goal.

Well, I was doing good last year into April of this year.... but my "gym" is in the greenhouse. So I quit in late April or early May.... I got lazy a little too. Anyway, that is behind me (again)... I gained about 20lbs back, but still 15lbs less then when I started last year. I don't know... we'll see if I can keep going this year into the summer... I might have to join a real gym for a few months, even though I dislike them.
