TWO MEALS A DAY DIET

This is a highly restricted, simple diet which has proved very popular and successful with a number of overweight people. It is easy to remember and takes off a pound a day for the average overweight person and two to three pounds a day, day after day, for those who are very heavy.

The diet consists of two meals daily. Each meal is a repetition of the other, aside from your choices within each variety permitted. Eat only what is permitted, nothing else. Since you have a wide choice within the restrictions, each meal can be enjoyed—especially as you see your weight on the scale dropping away every single day.

Each meal consists of:

 3 ½ oz. lean mea, poultry, fish or seafood
 1 cup of low-calorie vegetable
 ½ slice thin toast
 1 apple or orange, small
 Coffee or ea with a tablespoon of milk if desired and non-caloric sweetener
 NO BUTTER OR OIL

You may use non-caloric salad dressing, lemon juice or vinegar.
Use salt and pepper in moderation.
The juice of one lemon is permitted for the entire day, may be taken as lemonade made with artificial sweetener.

I'm happier today with my weight and finally got the new treadmill all set up and walked for 30 mins on it so far today.

My cardiologist said 30 mins a day, but I'm hoping to walk 30 mins a few times per day.

I got a little light headed and dizzy when I got off the treadmill. I think my heart rate went from 57 to 104, not sure if that is good or bad, but it is what it is.

I gained about 5 lbs recently...not gonna do that. I'm not I'm not I'm not!!!!!!
My husband got my new ProForm Cross Trainer Treadmill all put together and running right today. I'm not feeling very good tonight, just took 4 baby asprin...I did a little too much heavy lifting earlier I think...I got real dizzy holding the treadmill up when my hubby was trying to get the case off the motor. (The motor belt was loose). So, it's all fixed now and I'm going to start using it tomorrow...a little at a time.  I have to get healthy dosh garnit!
