Yesterday I ran a mile and a half, but my back tightened up. I think I am still hurting from the Air Assault Prequal. I am disappointed in myself in how I let myself go from being 175 pounds of lean mean infantryman a year and a half ago, to being a 205 pound desk jockey. I measured myself, but I am not sure if I am doing it right. Do we measure the arm at the bicep unflexed? How about the hips, where is the area we are supposed to wrap the tape? Oh well, wish me luck.
