traveled Italy. Was served pasta every day, atleast two meals. I didn't eat much of it but it still put weight back on me. Did a great deal of walking, climbing stairs, hiking hills, and bus riding. I tried to eat responsibly, according to my "lifestyle change" but much food choices were out of my control on this trip. I will return to my lifestyle change of eating and excercise now that I am at home. I know I don't like pasta!
