I've officially started my diet/exercise program! Today weren't too bad I guess, nearly fainted because I hadn't eaten up until the afternoon... I'm supposed to be on the ABC diet because I'm that desperate to lose weight, but I can't survive on that few amount of calories. Upped my calorie restrictions to 1300, which is of course paired with my exercise. Hope this time my family will be supportive... I need their support if I'm going to see this through to the end.
