I ran a mile, walked half a mile, and did squats. I went 49 calories over my 800 calorie limit today plus had an off limit food: chocolate pudding. I'm so angry with myself! The good news is that I've lost a pound since yesterday. I'm 5'10 and 150lbs. That's normal by the doctor's standards, but not by mine. I WILL make it to 135lbs. And I will do so in the next six weeks. I would die to be skinny.
