*POSSIBLE TRIGGERS: I have no idea... wearing a ponytail maybe?
** I started getting "ponytail" pain around the time I was getting ready to leave from work. By the time I got home, it hadn't gotten any better. I was getting to that point where squeezing my head was the only thing giving relief. So I tried an ice pack, which seemed to help the pain, but the light was starting to really get to me so I forced myself to go to bed. I figured I'd try to sleep it off. That turned out to be a dumb idea, because I woke up at 3:30 in so much pain that I was crying in my sleep. I couldn't even lay my head on my pillow, any pressure was unbearable, but it hurt even more and sent my head spinning if I tried to sit up. I took a Treximet and ended up passing out at some point. I just wanted to scream it hurt so bad. I give it a 9, at least on a scale of how bad it's ever been (I leave a point because I know it could always be worse).
