So it seems without having my period for nearly 4 monnths now i am actuallly feeling so so much better without it, less fatigue, less brain fog, higher concentration and for the past 2 nights i've actually slept a bit better, Saturday night i slept 6 hours straight before waking up then going back to sleep rather than after 5 hours, even if i go to bed in the morning i feel really refreshed like i had a much better quality of sleep, i did take an iron pill the other night though but from last night to early morning i still was feeling dizzy and breathless but when i get that sometimes it does last a couple days till it goes away for a long long while like it doesn't come back for monhts on end till i do randomly get it. I just feel like i came out of a bad dream without my period though, no freakin' up and down as much, not as many mood swings, more days in a better mood, god... i wish i never had my period at all if this is the effects of not having one lol.
It could be the weather cooling down too that's making me feel better as well but i'm going to take the multi-vitimins today before i eat my tea and see what happens... but as a girl i shouldn't be feeling better without my periods because it's it's part of my reproductive system, my mood swings sounds a lot like PMT like when i do get them i might not know i'm having them till a day later or when i completely lose my rag with someone or start crying over the littlest of things then when i come out of them i feel that wasn't even me like it was a dream... like someone was just controlling my mood... but PMT can't stop periods and it doesn't cause excessive hair growth, maybe whatever is up with me is causing PMT too, who knows... I didn't phone the docs this morning as it's so hard for me to wake up when i'm asleep and as i said i slept 6 hours straight without waking up last night so i probs wouldn't of woke up anyways...
So if anyone can explain what's going on? if you get the same thing let me know... as i'm puzzled..
