Im at the 15 yr mark od my total hysterectomy. .i was 30 ..and ni w 45
I feel like crap i cant sleep im having trouble with jeeping my weight
down..im having dad depression hot flashes ..not like at first but
Im having panic attacks anxiety omg
any ideas on what i can do or take..i dont have insurance
so cant go to the dr or get meds ...help...
