I've never been a breakfast person! I'd just drink 10 cups of coffee, & that'd be my breakfast! I would always say "Why am I gaining weight, I don't ever eat!" & overe & over again I got the same response, that's exactly why, because you don't eat! But I thought it was food that made you over weight, I mean look at all those skinny girls that never eat! Yes but I'm not "those" girls & I'm not that same body type! So after 35 yes I finaly decided to get my 3 meals a day & eat breakfast! & I don't regret it! Its not the "food" that defines you, but how you decide to allow that "food" to define you! One day & one craving at a time!
