Hi, well I started this on the 23rd. It has been 4 days....the first couple of days I felt pretty much like ****.  I have had  increased hunger and I've lost a couple pounds, some various stomach discomfort. Today which is the 27th I do feel like I have more energy I noticed a few things... I don't have as much nasal congestion my ears don't itch, no headache, less joint stiffness and muscle aches and inflammation.  I have more stomach discomfort which includes hunger and just a feeling of indigestion, like a maybe a cramping in my stomach. I am attributing this to withdrawal. I'm going to give it about a week for those things to subside if they don't I'm going to think about tweaking my diet a bit maybe less cheese and dairt, more fat and less protein and see how that works and eating more vegetables. Otherwise I feel very light like I am less bloated less inflammation.  I believe I feel like my body is changing however it's not really being reflected on the scale. As far as the hunger goes I don't know if I should be eating more like more vegetables or more protein or more fat I'm not sure I need to figure it out or maybe it'll just subside after about a week on it's own from the withdrawals. But I am coping ahead and moving forward with it.  Here's just a little background... my reasons for changing my diet are for health reasons and I'm trying to feel better. I'm trying to have less anxiety, less inflammation, less depression and I also want to see if maybe I have some food sensitivities or allergies which cause me to not feel well and of course I would love to lose some weight.
