Dinner

1 bowl of rice, string beans, scrambled eggs with chives.
Strawberries and some black currant gummies for evening snack.

Breakfast
Decaf coffee with French Vanilla creamer
Homemade turkey sausage and egg burrito with sprinkle of cheese and salsa ( found that to be the most filling, high protein breakfast that's going to last me all am)

Lunch
Planning on getting Chinese takeout......
