nothing theres nothing you can do its not healthy to lose weight during your pregnancy all you can do is wait it out and lose it after
hey im with you girl i was 180 before i got pregnant and now im 224 and i know im showing it im 30 weeks and i cant wait to just have the baby and try to lose my weight
plus i heard breast feeding helps you lose the weight even faster
I wouldn't try losing the weight now...however, you can certainly slow it down by eating healthy and getting some exercise. You can do swim aerobics and that also helps with the swelling. You can do the elliptical or you can do some walking for an hour on an incline. They have video tapes for yoga during pregnancy. That's what you can do to keep the weight steady. Also, my huge mistake was eating carbs. I used to eat so many carbs like pizza, pasta and rice because that's the only thing I craved, I hated meats when I was pregnant. So that didn't help me. Try to keep a balanced diet.
