  After a couple years of pain meds, i am  proud to be drug free.  Methodone did get me off of Norco.  I weaned gradualy and didn't feel any hard withdrawals. It's been weeks now but i am still waiting for natural chemicals to kick back in as I am still sensitve in all areas and lack energy..  My pain is worse than ever so i alternate alleve and tylenol throughout the day.  Just happy to be narcotic free..  Any suggestions for a non-narcotic good pain reliever.  such as celebrex..  Another question ,   Every morning, I take a handful of items.  Couple alleve, multi- vit. , fish oil,  glucosamine.  A shot of creatine cause im trying to hit the weights.  Is a giant handful of pills at once counter productive.?   Hope all of you are well
