So here's the thing, I have never really found the right words to explain this feeling nor has a doctor ever understood what i'm talking about when i try.
I'm a 25 years old male and this first happened when i was a child, I was watching TV with my mom and suddenly everything just started to sound really loud and normal movements just felt weird, everything seemed really fast and kinda slow at the same time. Moving my arms in normal motion just felt like it was fast forwarding and everything surrounding me as well but somehow felt slow, my vision felt abnormal as well like the focus point wasn't just fixed in the center, the focus point in my vision felt almost wide spread like my focus is everywhere, if i had my eyes closed the lay down still the fast movement vanish but the loud noses don't stop, putting music on headphones seems to ease the loud noises when I don't have that just as much as a whisper feels like the person is talking at a normal volume.
Used to get these episodes more often when i was younger and had this about 3 times last 5 years, after having this episode recently I wanted to check if anyone knows what this is.
Doesn't freak me out as much as it did, just worries me that I could be danger to my health. Also would be good to know if I ain't the only one getting these episodes.
(Sorry for my English, not my mother language and isn't perfect)
