Finally pregnant!!!!

Jan 07, 2010 - 1 comments

On April 17, 2009 I missed my period so I knew something was up but I did not want to get my hopes up. I went to the DR. the following week and had a pregnancy test and also had a blood test which confirmed that I was pregnant. I didn't really want to say anything to anybody because it was so recent that I had, had my molar pregnancy removed. I thought what if it is not a baby and something else that is just growing, I had an ultrasound about 4 weeks later which did not really show anything but the DR. did not want to do anything until it they were positive it was molar and not a baby. I kept praying that it would not happen to me again. I then went to Mexico for about 2 weeks because there was a death in the family when I came back I had another ultrasound which indicated there was an 80% chance that it was a baby. I am now 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant with a baby girl that will be do at the end of this month. I am very excited but at the same time really scared. I already have 2 kids and they are really excited. I hope everything turns out ok. I just wanted to say that if anyone has experienced a molar pregnancy in the past and really want to have a baby don't give up. My molar pregnancy was removed march the 11, 2009 the day i will never forget and I got pregnant sometime in April 2009. After Dr's told me I would have to wait a whole year before trying to get pregnant again. Miscarriages and spontaneous abortions, any type of loss the results in a lost pregnancy is very painful I know I cried almost every night wondering what had happened. But everything happens for a reason and the best thing to do is hang on and keep trying.
